Arianna is 16 years old. Born in Bonnyville Alberta, she is a member of the Frog Lake First Nation but calls Goodfish Lake Alberta her home. English is her main language as she continues to learn to speak Cree. She also acknowledges her Ukrainian heritage. Arianna will be going into 11th grade this year. Her hobbies include singing and playing her guitar, baking, reading and spending time with her nephew and her cat.

This summer, Arianna spent most of her time learning to become a camp leader where she volunteered as a camp councillor as well as part of the worship band. Last summer she gained experience working in a children’s literacy camp.

One of Arianna’s most recent highlights was singing the national anthem at Roger's Place in Edmonton. Being asked to sing solo in her church has also been an experience that has brought her much joy.

Arianna has previously been the Rodeo Princess for her community and has participated in modelling workshops. For many who know her, she is a gem, inside and out!

Her future plans include working in the medical field as she aspires to become a paediatrician. 

With this pageant, she hopes to gain experience in public speaking, to gain confidence, to meet new people and to have fun.

Arianna will be presenting on truth and reconciliation as she speaks on Indigenous issues.
